Strategic Planning and Restructure
Leslie collaborated with a Program in a state agency to research individual and group needs regarding workload, support, engagement, and workflow processes. She utilized individual, confidential, semi-structured interviews and surveys to get more information on the larger picture from different viewpoints while maintaining as much confidentiality as possible so that people felt safer to express ideas they may not have felt comfortable mentioning in the group format. After discovering the project really needed to address gaining more capacity in order to meet a greater demand for specialized professional services, Leslie facilitated brainstorming, strategic planning, gap analysis, strategic staffing, and creating an interim organizational structure as a precursor stepping stone to a larger re-organization. The larger project is on schedule and already celebrating successes from sub-goals.
